Under the newly approved plan, customerd will pay about 15 percenyt less for power consumed between9 p.m. and 6 Monday through Saturday. Power consumed during the high demandfperiods - between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. and betweenb 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. - will cost 15 percenty more. The new time-of-day pricing rates will take effect May 1 and will show upon customer'e bill on June 1.
